Lauterbach Group is looking for an experienced Setup Technician on 2nd or 3rd shift.
The Set-Up Technician will locate and arrange for flow of materials and supplies to the presses in order to provide uninterrupted production and ensuring that the presses are on run mode 100% of the time. Continuously strives to improve product quality, company service, productivity and profitability. They will be required to load and unload rolls of paper from press, wrap and strap rolls, and maintain a clean work area and assist Press Operators with their daily functions. Set-Up Operators will be required to mount plates.
Required Experience:
Experience in printing setup and ink management is preferred. A mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills are required.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
