Flexographic Operator, Wide Web 10 Color CI

A Global flexible packaging company located north of Philadelphia is seeking experienced flexographic operators.

The flexographic operator will be responsible to produce roll to roll printed material with the highest degree of quality and with minimum scrap. Troubleshooting, correcting problems, completing QC checks, forms and reports. The operator is also responsible for directing their support team in preparing for set up and achieving machine output standards. Perform all functions in accordance with the organization’s safety policies, quality management system and hygiene management standards.
Needs working knowledge of various substrates such as aluminum foil, OPP, PET & paper.

Minimum 5 years’ experience operating a wide web 10 color flexographic press.  Solvent-based inks and color matching.  Excellent computer skills.  Basic mechanical aptitude.  Automated fully computerized machine controls.  SAP
