Oversee 10 employees in the plate/mounting department. Maintain records for their attendance, vacation approvals, and handle corrective action when needed. Coordinate two shift meetings to ensure daily communication. In addition to my supervisory duties, I am responsible for hands on as well. Responsible for cross-training fellow employees from various departments in the plate/mounting division. Create project lists for employees during slow periods. (continued below)

Skills, continued: Travel to other affiliates within the company to assist with training. Work side-by-side with the art, pre-press and customer service departments in assisting with problems that arise on their end. Order all mounting supplies and help with inventory. Interact with customers to ensure completion of plates. Ensure preventative maintenance on all pieces of equipment. Presently serving on the morale and safety committee.
