7+ years experience running various types of presses from Central Impression to Narrow Web label presses. Strong ability to mix inks to PMS numbers, and colour match by eye. Ability to recognize and fix mechanical problems on press, as well as perform general upkeep maintenance of press. Strong ability to organize schedule either to ship dates or for best use of press time. Experience in working various shift patterns. Three shift (day, afternoon and night), as well as a continental shift.
