I have the knowledge of what type of sticky back to use (line work, combination and process) mostly on 3M products. I have the basic knowledge how to use built up cylinders or sleeves to get the desire repeat or correct stepping of the plate.  Worked with pitch sleeves or cylinders.  Worked with printing process up to 120 line screen printing.  Knowledge how to schedule jobs for the press with common colors or conflictions of sleeves or cylinders.  The equipment I mostly used is on a Bieffibi mounter as well as the Mosstype.  Supported a Utecco 6 color and a Comexi 8 color.  Mounted 14-16 colors a day on normal 1 across jobs.
