This highly portable handheld video camera is easy to set up and use. Its rugged construction, with touch and view scope, records and compares images.
At less than 5 pounds for the entire system, ARVIS is a compact, extremely powerful system for inspection of a variety of surfaces. Magnification capability ranges from 1X to 750X and lenses are “touch to focus”. Video image quality is exceptional since the video signal goes from the video camera to a video monitor.
While the ARVIS system does not have the snapshot or video capture capability of the ProScope, two still images CAN be recorded and compared side-by-side. The video signal can be sent to a VCR for recording purposes. If image capture is necessary, a video frame grabber can be used to send images to a computer.
