In-Stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order. When will I receive my order?


Order anything
in the store with just a click of your mouse! 

Look for these buttons on each page of our site:

add to cartAdds an Item to your Order

Clicking on the Add to Order button will add an item to your
order and a pop-up window will give you a choice as to
whether you'd like to see the contents of your cart, or continue
ordering without viewing your cart.

view cartShows your Itemized Order & Subtotal

 Clicking on the View Order button will display your itemized
 order.

Near the bottom left corner of the page you'll see this button:
 
Purchase Button 
(displays your order subtotal + shipping
  and/or taxes, if applicable)

it may also look like this:

 Click to Order button
(if your subtotal = total cost of order)

 Clicking on these buttons will finalize your order.

Payment Methods:
If you've selected Secure Online Credit Card Transaction
you'll be transferred to a Shipping/Billing Information Form.  Fill in the form completely. Click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page to go to our Secure Server, where you'll be able to enter your credit card info.

If you've elected to pay by Credit Card via Phone or Fax you will be transferred to a Shipping & Billing Information Form.  Fill in the form completely.  Click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page to receive instructions on phoning or faxing in your credit card information.

If you select the Check or Money Order option, you will be transferred to a Shipping Information Form. Fill in the form completely, then click the Enter button. Print out the following page and mail it, along with your check or money order to:

If you select the Order by PO option, your shipping and billing info will be collected on the following page, along with your PO number. An invoice, net due within 30 days, will be mailed to you when your order ships.

When will I receive my order?

In-Stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order. Selecting Overnight as your Shipping Method means you will receive your order, in most cases, two days after placing your order. We recommend that you call us if you need your order shipped Overnight, Same Day.

Minimum Order Amount - $50.00

There is a $50.00 minimum order amount, excluding books and magnifiers. Orders that total less than $50.00 will incur a $5.00 minimum order surcharge.

No-Hassle Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any item you order from flexoDepot (excluding books and software), return the product to us, in original packaging and like-new condition, within 30 days and we will gladly provide a refund. 15% re-stocking fee applies to most items. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

International Orders

We accept international orders (orders being shipped to a destination outside the U.S.A. or Canada), however, we do not accept credit cards as payment for these orders, in most cases.

In addition, our shopping cart does not calculate shipping costs for international orders. Therefore, you must phone, fax or e-mail us your international order. We will then e-mail or fax you an invoice for the total amount due, including shipping and handling.

You may use the shopping cart and “Add to Order” buttons throughout the store, in order to aggregate the items you’d like to purchase, however, instead of clicking the “Purchase for...” button, you’ll use your browser’s “Email this page” or “Print this page” function.

If you prefer, you may fax a printed copy of your itemized order to:

Once we’ve received your order, we’ll e-mail you a ProForma Invoice with the shipping options and associated costs.

We will ship your order after we have received payment in full.

Please Note: There may be additional fees associated with a bank wire transfer payment that we cannot predict, such as intermediary bank charges, your bank’s fees, etc.. We will not be responsible for these additional fees and we will not ship any order until we have received the TOTAL amount due.
