Do we have any grease equivalent to high tack and high temp.resistance grease recommendation to apply on print gears?

It's geared presses, If we just change the inks,the banding does not occur,BTW its not chambered doctoring.
Meanwhile,I will try that in chambered doctoring too.

Does any one have pros and cons of the LED vs ARC Ink in actual press run scenario. Like shades,over print,ink mixing ,cold foiling ,consumption, ink filling on plates and finally cost analysis.
If so kindly share.

I have tried with different thick and thin viscosities, different stations, tapes, doctor blades, machines, speeds, ink suppliers, plates engraving methods but all of them shows up the banding.
Speed i have varied form 50 mpm to 100 mpm.

Is this common that we get banding or gear lines in flexo process when we use metallic inks like silver ,gold and some opaque white.
Is there any possible solution to avoid this defects in printing process, We dont get bandings in other inks.
Any suggestions pls.

Hi Katherine, It is possible with some equipments of different "meters" to physically evaluate but the best solution is taking the test certificate(COC) from your tooling supplier which complies the tolerance limits and you can go thru that wuith your relevant testing equipments or else ph...
