We use a water based anilox washer We too have spots, but after trail and error of different cleaners to remove the spots, we just leave them now. Even on 1000 line, those "water spots" never show up...You can wipe with alcohol is you want to be sure. But if it went thru a 20 min cleaning ...

We have it and no real issues other then when it is adding a very tiny amount, it might over shoot a tiny bit

but thats like .03 pounds to .035

possible to get a picture?

Try same anilox cell depth but a heavy line.. 550 4.5 to a 450 4.5

Visc might be to low, beef it up some with extender if possible

Pressure off your blades, or open up the nip in a two roller system

Posted on another thread but will expand. Each machine is different so it is hard to get a standard, some have computer controls for register and impression..some have manual adjustments. My advice is to take a deck and have it completely empty (blades, plates, aniloxes , pans etc.) Video tape your ...

What is the type of plate? Screen? Solid?

Anilox?

That faster could possibly be ink transfer issues,..Are you using correct blend if solvent based? Can you add a slower solvent to the ink?

I think that would be way to hard..Each machine is different, each deck, anilox, two rollers, or chambered blades, speed is different.
