Re: anilox delam (inner core)

Don’t try to fix. Bite the bullet and get new. Do not put that anilox back in

Re: Tips/Tricks - Flexographic Mastery.

Pumps hooked up to ink pumps and when you hit a button for wash it will take solvent from a designated tote and use that tote to wash up with solvent Nah,I'm not talking about an auto wash system doesn't it turn aniloxes on and off itself? Yes they go on by themselves. No flow to adjust either

Re: Tips/Tricks - Flexographic Mastery.

In an auto wash up? Or solvent in a pump? Could you please clarify? I don't work on a press that uses autowash up. My understanding with autowash up presses is flows are set by manufacturer. They have no taps to adjust. Well, that's what how our auto wash press next door is configured? Pumps hooked...

Re: Tips/Tricks - Flexographic Mastery.

Try this one. Regardless if you are doing a full wash or rinse and swap. Have your anilox running 2 minutes tops. Also have the flow on full. You can always leave the station rinsing as is. Also leave the viscosity unit on manual if rinse is for a long time, this gives it a good clean as well. Watc...

Get a new supplier in for one ink

If it still happens it's your process, if not it's previous supplier

Re: RD Scoring PET Liner

Just an FYI to everyone, the quote I received states that these are "Rotometrics SL03-HD score slitter w/bearing 1.25 x .625 x .203" which is the identical blade we purchase from Rotometrics, but 60% less cost! It seems that these are made for Rotometrics and they jack up the price by 60%...

Re: Environmentally Friendly Anilox Cleaner

I was wondering if anyone has any good recommendations for environmentally friendly anilox cleaning solutions. It is for narrow web presses (10"-13".) We currently have an ultrasonic tank which isn't really cutting it for deep cleaning. Any ideas that might work better would be awesome. t...
