Curing lamps, ebeam, drying pigments - "nanowire plasmonics"

Our custom formulated coating consists of iron oxide pigment particles coated on polyester film without binder.

We want to purchase a curing or drying lamp system, ebeam, tunnel etc. that will "weld" the oxide pigments together.

Where individual needle shaped (acicular) particles overlap, the radiant energy creates a "hot spot", which causes the oxide particles to melt at the overlap and weld together.
