So what is the problem?

It is difficult to strip this with the large area to pull out. Maybe you could try having a die made with additional blades to cut the face material in the large waste area. This will allow some extra flexibility in the waste as it is being pulled off. You could also try to delam/relam the material to cut down on the adhesive strength at the point of matrix removal.

thank you for answer,
i have already tried the additional blades on the die cut, dosen't work with this item.
We still have the same problem of wast matrix breaks
I will try delam/relam trick soon.
Thank you again

Find out if you can laminate the labels.
Score the liner @ .0625 on each side so the liner trim re-enforces the matrix.
Add breaker bars to the die.
Try stripping at an angle.
cut the matrix in half and wind up separately.

Hope this helps.
