Are these screens internally made? Is there an issue with improper gearing alignment during the build?
Is there a similarity in artwork causing issues?
Too much blade pressure? Too hard of a blade?
Ink too viscous?

Those are things to observe.

Yes all of the screens are made in house have tried multiple different inks and blades
Don’t think artwork would cause any issues from my point of view just a full coverage white rs first down on clear material 4 color process 2 pms flexo then rs unit running metallic then black flexo then rs unit with tactile then flexo matte and flexo gloss yes 3 rs units only the white has issues with wrinkles
We’ve tried different screen material checked for loss in air volume had manufacturer of units send their best tech’s to calibrate and still having the issue

Is the 10 micron the material thickness?

The most recent Stork units have gears driving both sides. the older ones only have a gear driving one side and they are most likely to twist. as mentioned by a previous post excessive blade pressure can cause resistance and the screen rotation delayed causing it to twist. fact that its a solid white also takes away some of the support that the coating would have added. try using Gallus screen A-line RSA 10µ. very important is to ensure the white guide wheels are turning freely and they slide on their shafts side to side. only the springs should hold them in place.
