Registry problem

The problem is one of my printing machines
A good registry speed is 5 to 20 meters per minute
But the speed is higher. The registry is not good
I'm sure the printing press has no technical problem.
I've fixed the problem a tension, but it's not completely solved
my machine is]MPs(Eb370)[
Meanwhile, I have two machines of this model, which both have this problem
